The Miami Herald's June 25 editorial Pass energy bill says that if Congress does not pass the cap-and-trade energy bill the sky will fall on Florida. So if Congress passes the carbon tax all will be fine. The editorial says that the Congressional Budget Office calculates that if the legislation is passed, the tax per household will only be $175 by 2020.
